Operate in Switzerland before your entity exists
Swiss Employer of Record for established corporate groups and subsidiaries
Established groups shouldn't have to wait for incorporation to begin Swiss operations. When your subsidiary or branch is in formation, DGT Partners steps in as your Swiss Employer of Record — enabling you to hire, employ and pay staff in Switzerland under a fully compliant framework, from day one.
You operate with confidence. The legal structure follows in parallel.
Swiss execution, delivered by people who do this every day
DGT Partners is a Switzerland‑based Employer of Record and operating services firm supporting international organisations entering Switzerland before local incorporation.
Swiss regulation is precise, predictable, and unforgiving of shortcuts. Incorporation, however, takes time. DGT Partners exists to bridge that gap — enabling clients to hire staff, operate and build presence in Switzerland under a fully compliant framework, while their legal entity is established in parallel.
We act as the legal Swiss employer, assuming responsibility for employment contracts, payroll, social security, pensions and statutory compliance. Our clients retain full operational control over people, roles and business activity.
DGT Partners is part of the Dryden Group, working closely with Dryden ICS to ensure that operational execution and corporate structure remain aligned from the outset and over the long term.
We are not a staffing firm.
We are not a payroll broker.
We are an operating partner for serious international expansion into Switzerland.
Our Services
DGT Partners is a gateway to provide the skilled resource, when and where business needs it. Our holistic business generates a supply of motivated, qualified, and ready professionals.
-
Employer of Record (EOR) — Switzerland
-
DGT Partners becomes the legal employer of record for your Swiss workforce. We issue Swiss‑compliant employment contracts, manage payroll, tax at source, social security, mandatory insurances and ongoing employer obligations under Swiss law.
-
Pre Incorporation Operations
-
Swiss incorporation involves multiple steps, approvals and coordination. Commercial timelines often cannot wait.
-
Transition to Swiss Incorporation
-
When your Swiss entity is incorporated, DGT Partners manages a controlled and seamless transition. Employment contracts, payroll and benefits are transferred cleanly, without disruption to employees or management.
-
Pricing Principles
-
Transparent by design. Unlike salary or payroll hosting models that invoice a single gross contract value, DGT Partners operates with full cost transparency.
Swiss employer responsibility, fully managed
Through DGT Partners and the Dryden Group, clients benefit from a complete Swiss employer framework, including:
- Employment contracts and HR policies
- Payroll, tax at source and social contributions
- Pension schemes, accident and loss‑of‑income insurance
- Employer reporting and statutory filings
- Coordination with group finance, HR and legal teams
We handle what Switzerland requires of an employer — precisely, consistently and professionally.
